SHIPPING POLICY

Gentleman's Puff shipping is set up as a flat rate shipping based on region.

 

For California shipping, Gentleman's Puff will use a USPS Priority padded envelope. 

Other regions outside California will either ship USPS or FedEx.  

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) to be processed. Please send an email to returns@gentlemanspuff.com to obtain your RA.

Returns may incur a restocking fee of 10%, and freight charges both ways. YOU MAY CANCEL AN ORDER ANYTIME AS LONG AS IT HAS NOT SHIPPED. Refunds are provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase. We may require that you supply us with the full credit card number in order to process your refund.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged

  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original undamaged packaging.

  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

To initiate the return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  1. Send us an email requesting a refund or exchange and include your order ID.

  2. Ship item back to us at P.O. BOX ______ using the Return Authorization number. 

  3. Once Item is checked and meets our return or exchange policy we will issue a credit or refund within 2-3 days.
